  About returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience. We will only accept returns if the product is defective or defective.

For returns or exchanges due to the negligence of the seller or delivery company, please contact us by email within 3 days after the item arrives.

 If you do not contact us for a return or exchange within 4 days after the item arrives, we will not accept returns or exchanges.

Also, please note that we cannot accept exchanges for vintage items.
